Booking Policy

Please be mindful that missed or no-show appointments cost our service providers time and income so we require a credit card on file for all appointments booked.  You may pay your transaction with any other form of payment during checkout, but all no-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged for the full appointment price.  

We cannot accommodate any appointments other than the services you have booked due to limiting time. Please contact the location if you are unsure of the correct service for booking. 

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before all appointments and please fill out any required forms before arriving for your services. If you need to make changes to your booking and/or your requested service is not listed for online booking please contact the location directly. 

Due to the individualized nature of services we offer, our service providers prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior. If you find that you are running more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, it may be necessary to abbreviate your services so that we may stay on time for other scheduled clients.  

Currently, all clients and staff are required to wear masks and follow check-in procedures, and hand sanitizing.  We ask that if you are currently experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms or have a fever, we ask that you please stay home.
