Balances can be checked by submitting a Gift Card Inquiry, or by logging into the E-Gift Portal and selecting “Check Gift Card Balance”. You need the gift card number and the email address of the recipient. If you don’t have the email address, just enter the card number, and a gift card specialist will respond with the balance.
