Policies & Procedures for Health & Safety

For the health and safety of our guests and service providers, we are following strict guidelines issued by the State Board of Cosmetology (Tennessee & Mississippi) and those mandated by local, state, and federal governments. We appreciate your patience as we adapt with you to this new environment.

Appointments & Hours of Operation

  • We are seeing clients by appointment only. We will not accept walk-ins as our staff will be limited due to social distancing restrictions.
  • Hours of operation and services offered vary between locations and may change on short notice as we adapt our operating procedures to comply with changing safety guidelines.

Safety Procedures

Please observe the following procedures for safety as mandated:

  • Clients must bring their own mask. Due to limited supplies, we can not provide face masks.
  • All employees and clients must wear a face covering or mask at all times.
  • Temperature checks and hand sanitizing will be done upon entering premises.
  • "If you are having multiple services (especially spa services) you may want to bring your own beverage as we are not serving spa lunches or beverages at this time."
  • In order to minimize physical contact, we encourage payments by Credit Card or Gift Card whenever possible.
  • We ask that you wait outside or in your car until your appointment time and refrain from bringing children or another guest with you.
  • It is up to our service providers discretion at this time on which services that they offer. Depending on your service provider some things may not be offered (Shampoos, Blowdrys, children’s cuts, etc).
  • We will allow time between each appointment for complete cleaning and sanitations between each client.

Personal Health Checklist

We ask that you also review the following before each appointment:

  • Have you had a cough?
  • Have you had a fever?
  • Have you been around anyone with these symptoms in the last 14 days?
  • Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
  • If you are showing any symptoms of illness, you will be asked to leave.

We have very strict guidelines, policies and procedures issued by the State Board of Cosmetology and local, State and federal governments. Please understand that this is not easy for us either, but in order to serve you, we must follow all the rules.
