For the health and safety of our guests and service providers, we are following strict guidelines issued by the State Board of Cosmetology (Tennessee & Mississippi) and those mandated by local, state, and federal governments. We appreciate your patience as we adapt with you to this new environment.
Appointments & Hours of Operation
- Hours of operation and services offered vary between locations and may change on short notice as we adapt our operating procedures to comply with changing safety guidelines.
- For more information about business hours, services and booking options, see your preferred location.
Please read our Booking Policy before scheduling appointments.
Safety Procedures
Please observe the following procedures for safety as mandated:
- Masks are highly recommended, but not required. Your service provider may request that you wear a mask.
- Clients must bring their own mask. Due to limited supplies, we can not provide face masks.
- Our spacious salon environment ensures that we are able to practice safe social distancing.
- Our HVAC systems are equipped with Micro Antibacterial filters, which allow cleansing of the air as well as enhanced airflow for a cleaner salon environment. These filters remove 99.9% of airborne virus and bacteria.
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for our clients and service providers is our top priority as we continue to enhance our sanitation protocol and deep cleaning schedule.
- Hand sanitizing will be done upon entering premises
- "If you are having multiple services (especially spa services) you may want to bring your own beverage as we are not serving spa lunches or beverages at this time."
- We will allow time between each appointment for complete cleaning and sanitations between each client.
- Rules may change without notice to align with changing state and local mandates.
Personal Health Checklist
We ask that you also review the following before each appointment:
- Have you had a cough?
- Have you had a fever?
- Have you tested positive for COVID or have been around anyone with symptoms in the last 14 days?
- Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
- Are you experiencing a loss of taste or smell?
- If you are showing any symptoms of illness, you will be asked to reschedule.
We have very strict guidelines, policies and procedures issued by the State Board of Cosmetology and local, State and federal governments. Please understand that this is not easy for us either, but in order to serve you, we must follow all the rules.
